Privacy notice
Contact details and answers sent through the request form are covered here. They are used to work out which buyers fit; no buyer receives them without your approval. The process itself is set out in how this works.
Operator and contact
Sell Construction Data (sellconstructiondata.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Sell Construction Data is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local buyer, who pays us for the introduction.
Fields the form records
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
Purpose
We use your details to find a local buyer who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
Who receives it
Your details go to:
- the buyer we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
How long we keep it
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.

Cookies
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
State privacy rights (US)
Because buyers can pay us once an introduction ends in a license, a number of state laws count that hand-off as a sale or a share of personal data. You may refuse it at any time, online or by email, and we record the date your refusal took effect.
Residents of many states may also request a copy of what we hold, a correction or a deletion, and none of these requests changes how we treat you. No targeted advertising uses your details. We do not knowingly accept requests from anyone younger than 16.
Consent records
Evidence of consent is held for five years, because claims over calls and texts can arrive long after the fact: phone number, the moment you agreed, your IP, the page holding the form and the exact consent wording displayed. Your name and email address follow the ordinary deletion timetable set out earlier.
Referral fees
Sell Construction Data earns money only one way: a buyer may pay a referral fee after a company we introduced signs a license with it. Contractors are never billed, and no company data ever reaches us.
