Which programs have no readable terms?#
Mercor has a company data program, but its page was unreadable when we checked on 2026-11-07. Until it can be read, this site prints no Mercor pay, rule or referral figure. Numbers attributed to Mercor elsewhere trace to third-party trackers.
What about selling through a data marketplace?#
On a marketplace, you list a dataset at your own price, buyers find it, and the platform keeps a percentage. Datarade posts these plans:
| Plan | Annual fee | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| Commission-only | $0 | 30% |
| Bronze | $6,000 | 20% |
| Silver | $12,000 | 15% |
| Gold | Custom | Custom |
Registered businesses only; unregistered individuals are refused. Provider must hold the commercial rights. Source: providers.datarade.ai/apply as of Nov. 7, 2026. Marketplaces fit a firm content to package one dataset and wait; the programs above negotiate a license directly.
Questions#
Which AI companies buy construction data?
At the 2026-11-07 check, no buyer page used the word construction. The closest fits are micro1, Scale AI and Nyne, whose categories (operations records, files with metadata, estimates, project records) take in most of a project file. Labelbox Prism buys data as well, with nothing near construction on its list.
Which buyer pays the most?
Highest posted ceiling: micro1, whose top tier is $3M+ for rare proprietary data. Highest posted floor: micro1 and Nyne, level at $100K. Scale AI tags its $10K–$1M+ as illustrative. Treat all of it as marketing range, not offer; real deals often settle far lower.
Do buyers charge the seller a fee?
Charges to the seller: none listed by any of the four buyers. Marketplaces work differently; Datarade’s plans run from no annual fee with 30% commission to $12,000 a year with 15%.
Is a license exclusive?
Exclusive is the starting point at Labelbox Prism, adjusted to scope. micro1 mentions no exclusivity. Scale AI and Nyne are silent on it. Whatever the page says, the draft agreement’s clause is what binds you.
Are you one of these buyers?
No. This site makes introductions and buys nothing. It is independent: none of the companies here owns, sponsors or endorses it.
